Before I even plan on doing it, I wanted to ask if It'd be against the rules or not to set up a base down in the ruined tunnels of St. Petersburg on one of the PvE servers. if so, I will not do it. if you mods tell me I can, then yay. ^^
Nope, building within town limits is not allowed, blocking public areas might even grant you a ban. Don't build on spawns (items,trees,berries,airdrops,feasts) and don't build where zombies can reach your house either.
