I'm wondering the same thing. I logged in today and saw the chat spammed with "You are not whitelisted on this server!" and then after a few minutes, I got kicked with the same message.
From what I understand, the server is down for maintenance and so they put a whitelist in effect until they fix it.
The Server is now back up, on a dedicated box, with brand new plugins! Most of the previous problems we had have been fixed and Voting now works! Feel free to vote for free items. Also, check out our website for the unturned server: http://justplayhere.com/unturned/
