how long dies it take to receive a kit/rank you bought

I remember getting mine within a few hours. I think I included my Steam64 Id so that probably helped. Another friend of mine it took a day to help associate it with his account, then the server restart to make it live.

 

It's normally instant as soon as it's paid.
