As far as I know, its 3x3x2 and garage cannot be built outside (separately). Those bases are in Yukon pve6 for a long time (1month ±). are there any changes made in rules? if there is then what is the new base size limits? Yukon PvE6 Location: Kluane lake, Quill creek.
